Enter one extremely determined entrepreneur, Alan Ginsberg, who defined the property as an opportunity waiting to happen- and the man who aims to help him make that vision happen. Dan Wieneke took on the redevelopment of the Plattsburgh Air Force Base and got it done in eight years when the experts said it would take thirty.
MGB spoke with Wieneke about Tech City’s future, shortly after the news broke that they’d gained another clean tech tenant.
