PLAINFIELD, NJ--Frankly Green has announced that Karen Halo, owner-partner, will appear on the highly popular "One on One with Steve Adubato" television show.
As part of the show's celebration of green and environmentally sensitive topics, Halo is a featured guest who discussed several "green" products relating to indoor air quality and building materials for both residential and commercial buildings.
According to Halo, "Steve Adubato does understand the importance of healthy choices for homes and workplaces and 'One on One' has done a great job putting this educational program together."
The show, set to air on April 21st at 5:30 PM on CN8 –The Comcast Network will be a part of the show's "Green Week" to coincide with this year's "Earth Day." The show will feature an in-depth interview with Halo as she discusses with Adubato her no-VOC paints and other materials used in Frankly Green's commercial and residential projects. The show will run in broadcast outlets including Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia and central New Jersey.
"There is a upswing in corporate responsibiltity regarding the use of eco-friendly products in the workplace. It's a great way to keep tenants healthy and productive," says Halo.
In 2007, Halo was a recipient of Real Estate NJ's Top 50 Women of Commericial Real Estate. She has been a past Board Member of ICREW-NJ and ULI-NJ. Recently, the firm appeared on News 12 NJ Cablevision in addition to coverage in the MSNBC, The New York Times, NJ Design and Leisure, ASID Insider and NJ & Company.
Steve Adubato, host of One-on-One, appears regularly in NJ Biz as an editorialist and is also the host of the NJN show, "Caucus New Jersey." In addition, Steve can frequently be seen on MSNBC where he is a political contributor to a variety of shows due to his vast experience and expertise. Previous guests on the show include former New York governor Mario Cuomo, Giants football player Michael Strahan, and New Jersey governor John Corzine. Steve Adubato has won four Emmy Awards for his work on Comcast and is a well-received author and lecturer.
