Investment and Advisory Alliance formed to Drive Enterprise Energy Management Solutions By Betsy Kraat

BOSTON, MA--A sustainable solutions investment and advisory alliance has been formed between Clean Energy Venture Group (CEVG) and eQuilibrium Solutions Corporation (eQ), a Boston-based provider of enterprise sustainability management software and services.

CEVG, a clean energy technology investment group comprised of seasoned energy and environmental executives, announced their participation in eQ's funding, and the participation of CEVG Managing Director, Ralph Earle III, as Board Observer in support of the company's efforts to deliver an Enterprise Carbon Management (ECM) software application targeted at the growing global demand that companies evaluate, manage, and accurately report their greenhouse gas inventories.

In alpha release now, and scheduled for general availability in Q2 2008, the ECM application incorporates all critical aspects of greenhouse gas inventory management, deployed via eQuilibrium's web-centric, on-demand Enterprise Sustainability Management (ESM) platform, analytic tools and integrated services. This collaboration continues CEVG’s focus on investment in technologies that will enable sustainable global management of the environment.

In addition to the ECM application, the CEVG investment will also contribute to the development of future modules addressing Corporate Responsibility, Sustainable Supply Chain, Energy Efficiency, and Enterprise Product Stewardship.
