NEWARK--AMB Property Corporation will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of AMB Liberty Logistics Center, a 191,196-sf speculative warehouse distribution center.
As the first major new distribution center in the Newark airport region since 2006, this brownfield site now includes many sustainable features.
Scheduled to appear are Jay Cornforth, Senior Vice President, Managing Director, East Region, AMB Property Corporation; Susan Bass Levin, First Deputy Executive Director of The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; Mathew Abraham, Finance Officer, New Jersey Economic Development Authority; and Mayor Cory Booker, City of Newark.
