NJ-NAIOP To Present Seminar On Sustainable Design By Betsy Kraat

NEW BRUNSWICK--The New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NJ-NAIOP) will present a seminar on "Sustainable Design - The Industry's Response" on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007 at the Woodbridge Hilton in Iselin, N.J.

The event will begin with a networking breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Participants will include Jennifer Senick, executive director of the Rutgers Center for Green Building; Lance Miller, director of Policy and Planning, New Jersey Board of Public Utilities; Richard Vanderbeck, leasing/marketing director, First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc.; John Crandall, senior vice president of development Mack-Cali Realty Corporation; Richard F. X. Johnson, and senior vice president of development, Matrix Development Group.
