Newark to Provide Free WiFi By Jodi LaMarco

NEWARK--Integral Wireless Solutions (IWS) will soon bring WiFi coverage to three prominent locations in the Newark Downtown District (NDD). Residents and visitors alike will be provided with free internet access in front of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), Military Park and its surrounding areas, and at the Public Service Enterprise Group Plaza.

Plans for the wireless system have been completed, and set-up of the system’s infrastructure is already being executed. The City of Newark, PSE&G, and NJPAC are all partners in the project.
