Toyota Fuel-Cell Car Shows Promise By Jodi LaMarco

Toyota claims that its FCHV fuel-cell car has completed a 350 mile test-drive from Osaka to Tokyo on just one tank of hydrogen.

The improved version of the FCHV consumes 25 percent less fuel than earlier models. Hydrogen fuel cells do not emit harmful greenhouse gases such as those produced by burning fossil fuels.
