Soy On The Rise Posted By Jodi LaMarco

The Department of Agriculture predicts that the price of Soybeans for 2007 will be at their highest since 1983 due to the growing popularity of soy-based biofuels.

The production of biodiesel fuels have jumped 1,200 percent in three years, creating a higher demand for crops such as soy and corn.
