Italy Knows How To Save Posted By Jodi LaMarco

Between 2005 and 2006, Italy saved almost twice the amount of power in oil equivalents than its original target had intended.

Utilities as well as gas and power distributors managed to save 900,000 tons of oil equivalent in an effort to conserve Italy's limited natural resources and prevent global warming.
