England Likely To Pass New Energy Legislation

Within the next 3 months, England is expected to consider legislation that could reduce carbon emissions by 60 percent or more.
The Climate Change Bill is likely to cut CO2 emissions to 60 percent below 1990 levels by 2050, and could be passed into law as early as May of 2008.
