Communities Get Involved

The EPA has awarded $1 million in grants to ten community-based organizations across the country for projects concerning the environment and public heath.
Granta Nakayama, Assistant administrator for the EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance said the grants will, “provide necessary resources for local communities to take an active role in our nation’s environmental solutions.”
